 
Hi y'all, I'm a native Texan from Houston. I moved to L.A. in '96 as a part of Operation Helping Hands (a Christian missionary project). I guess you can say I love a challenge and helping others to find strength from within. I've been teaching since 1994 and I love kids. They're funny, inquisitive, impressive and very creative.
In 2007 I earned my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from National University. The experience has provided me with tools, which will further enhance my ability to educate a diverse population of learners.
If my teaching style were an animal it could be a chameleon, because I feel that it's important as a teacher to change with the flow of our ever-evolving profession.
