Hi, my name is Jody Miles. I've basically grown up and lived most of my
life in the San Fernando Valley with time away for college in the
Berkeley area. I have two children - a boy, 24, and a girl, 16. My
family loves animals and we currently are housing 3 dogs, 2 cats, 1
guinea pig, 2 rats and goldfish. When we go on
vacation we have to hire a babysitter to take care of them!
Before I was a teacher, I earned a master's degree in film making and I
wrote Saturday morning cartoon shows for a while. I was also an
itinerant speech therapist for many years before I became a Special
Education Teacher. I like to travel, read, garden and especially enjoy
working with the children in my classroom! |
